Any access and use of information on this website, including the purchasing of artworks, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Parlour Projects reserves the right to update these at any time. 

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) for both artworks and Cultivate. Parlour Projects endeavours to maintain accurate pricing on the website, however we reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price remains the same whether the artwork is staying in New Zealand or overseas. New Zealand sales have the correct GST component (Goods & Services Tax) included in the price. 

Parlour Projects endeavours to describe artworks as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that the images will 100% reflect the colour or detail of each artwork. 

Parlour Projects endeavours to keep available artworks up-to-date, but gives no guarantee as to the availability of any product listed on our website. This is because a sale might take place concurrently in the gallery. 

Overseas packages might be subject to customs or import duties in their destination country. Customs or import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
